Learn to Skate - Program Summary
Your never to old or young to learn to skate. This program is open to children 3 and up. All sessions are held at the Cranston Veterans Memorial Ice Rink in Cranston, RI. Instruction is designed to take each skater through their very first on-ice experience to a level where they can begin learning fundamental hockey skills. Initially the equipment required is; certified hockey helmet with a full face mask and hockey skates.  Also, we advise the use of some kind of elbow & knee pads to cushion falls, and gloves for warmth. As skaters progress they will graduate to Advanced Instructional.  This is run as part of the instructional program, the coaches will notify you when your child will need to dress in full equipment.  The primary objective of the program is to teach;
